 Some advantages of our Dry Fertilizer Meters are each of the rows are
individually metered by a metering screw. This gives a row to row accuracy
of +/- 4%.
Both the 16 row and 24 row meters can have half the rows turned off if so
desired.
Meters are constructed of 304 food grade Stainless Steel for added
Chemical Resistance.
- Meter - The meter is constructed of 304 food grade
stainless steel for added chemical resistance.
- Poly Tank & Lid - The poly tank and lid are made of
a high quality LLDPE plastic with UV stabilizer to increase the life of
the tank and lid.
- Cradle, Platform & Ladder - The cradle frame
supports the poly tank, meter and platform.
- Hydraulic Motor, Zero-Max Hub & Fan - The Zero-Max
hub holds the fan so the hydraulic motor can be removed simply, easily
and quickly without having to adjust the fan in the field.
- Air Release - Used to vent the excess air from the
hoses before injecting the fertilizer in the ground.
- Stainless Steel Screens (Pair) - The screens fit
into the top of the poly tank to protect the meter from foreign objects.
- Air Pressure Gauge & Hose The air pressure gauge
shows the operator the amount of pressure the meter is operating under.
- Hydraulic Auger Drive - The hydraulic auger drive
consists of the components necessary to operate the meter from a Raven
style controller or Micro-Trak controller (controller and cables not
included)
