800 Series Conveyor

800 SeriesThe 800 Series Conveyor is not just another conveyor. It is a revolution in grain handling. By implementing innovative design principles, Quality Plus has created a conveyor capable of handling more seed, with less horsepower, at steeper angles.

Using REVERSE REVOLUTION TECHNOLOGY creates a conveying system unmatched in today's market and gives our customers the absolute best in grain quality, handling and value.

The 800 Series conveyors are available in stationary and transportable models from 12 feet to 72 feet (in 6 foot increments). All lengths can be purchased with electric or hydraulic drives. Hydra-Plus power units are available for hydraulic models. Custom lengths are always available for special applications. Contact your nearest dealer for details.

All conveyors are sand blasted, painted with high solids primer along with a high performance polyurethane top coat.

Transport models include removable hitch, allowing for easy access to the cleanout door.

1600 Series Conveyor

1600 SeriesThe 1600 Series conveyor has the same gentle, high quality, high capacity grain handling capability as the 800 Series conveyor, but with twice the capacity. It is also equipped with REVERSE REVOLUTION TECHNOLOGY.

The 1600 Series conveyors are available in stationary and transportable models from 18 feet to 42 feet (in 6 foot increments). All lengths can be purchased with electric or hydraulic drives. Hydra-Plus power units are available for hydraulic models. Custom lengths are always available for special applications. Contact your nearest dealer for details.

Transport models include a removable hitch, allowing for easy access to the cleanout door.

The electric drive models include a single phase electric motor with adjustable base plate for easy V-belt tension maintenance. An optional wiring kit is available to complete the electric drive models. The standard intake hopper includes a safety grate and cleanout door. An optional intake safety grate is available for bin-run seed with foreign materials.

The hydraulic drive models include orbit motor flow control and 10 feet of hydraulic hose with an ISO male quick coupler.

Customers can add an optional bulk or wagon hopper to the basic conveyor hopper. A three-sided flex bolt-on hopper extension is also available.

1615 Series Truck Unload Conveyor

1615 SeriesThe 1615 Series Truck Unload Transport Conveyor has been designed to unload semi trailers, trucks and wagons. Used as a transfer conveyor, its low intake hopper easily fits under the lowest trailer hopper. The design eliminates crush points that damage grain and gently carries the grain on top of the crescent top PVC belt. The crescent-top design conveyor belt maintains capacity and excellent clean out of the conveyor. Therefore, changing seed varieties is quick and easy without cross-contamination.

Perfect balance can be achieved regardless of axle position or drive by simply adding or removing sand from the ballast box located at the discharge. The bolt-on axle has various settings, adjusting the discharge height to the user's needs.

The intake hopper is low clearance and cleans out completely. Belt side extensions are flexible and forgiving when placing the conveyor into operating position.

2430 Series Conveyor

2430 SeriesThe 2430 Series has many features that make it perfect for grain handling needs.

It is equipped with REVERSE REVOLUTION TECHNOLOGY like the 800 and 1600 Series conveyors.

Quality Plus Manufacturing, Inc. listened to customers wanting large, low hoppers with angled corners to get under low bin discharges. A narrow waist transport design keeps the transport out of the way to reach into those tight areas. The swing away hitch design will move out of the way, swinging either to the left or the right. The hitch can be completely removed and with balanced hitch weight easily hooked up.

3015 Series Conveyor

3015 SeriesThe 3015 Series Truck Unload Transport Conveyor has been designed to accommodate operations with wagons, trucks or semis. Ease of operation allows for the capacity and convenience of having a grain dump pit at all of your storage locations. Grain quality is the primary concern with all of our products. The Truck Unload Transport Conveyor is designed with no crush points. Grain is gently carried on top of a crescent top PVC belt. The crescent top design conveyor belt maintains capacity and excellent cleanout of the conveyor. Convenient cleanout makes changing crop varieties fast and simple.

500 Series Seed Treatment System

500 SeriesThe Seed Treatment System is a convenient system to use. Untreated seed is placed in the hopper bin with a 65 unit capacity. A turn of the fluid valve, a pull of the slide gate and you're treating seed.
